These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you visit the VUNRO website or buy from us. Please read them before placing an order.

Important consumer notice. These Terms do not exclude or restrict any mandatory rights or remedies you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right prevails.

1. About VUNRO

This website is operated by GLOBAL TRADING INNOVATIONS LIMITED, trading as VUNRO (“VUNRO”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Who may use the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. The store is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for information supplied through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe it has been used without permission.

3. Orders and contract formation

Products in the store are invitations to place an order, not an offer that we must accept. After you order, we normally send an acknowledgement. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order, subject to any different mandatory rule where you live.

We may decline an order before acceptance, or cancel it afterwards where permitted by law, for reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, failed or reversed payment, suspected fraud, an applicable product or delivery restriction, or an order that reasonably appears to be for unauthorised resale. We will notify you and promptly refund amounts paid for any item we do not supply.

Please provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Payment-card and wallet credentials are processed by Shopify, PayPal or another displayed payment provider; VUNRO does not require you to send complete card details to us by email or through customer support.

4. Prices, currency, tax and payment

Prices and currency are shown for the selected Shopify Market and may change before an order is accepted. The price confirmed for an accepted order will not change, except where there is an obvious error and applicable law allows us to contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the order.

The checkout shows the amount payable, including taxes we are required to collect and the available delivery charge. Any import duty, tax or handling charge not collected at checkout is governed by the delivery information shown for your destination and applicable law.

Payment is due using a method offered at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own terms and security checks.

5. Products and availability

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and scale can vary between screens, and natural or manufactured items may have minor variations that do not affect their stated function. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Products must match their description and meet the quality, fitness, durability and safety standards required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits your remedies for faulty, misdescribed, unsafe or undelivered goods.

Follow the product instructions and use grooming tools only for their intended purpose. Stop using a product that appears damaged or unsafe and contact us.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are explained in our Shipping Information and at checkout. An estimate is not a guaranteed date unless we expressly say otherwise. We will contact you if a material delay becomes known.

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods normally passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominated, subject to mandatory local law. Please check the delivery details before ordering and tell us promptly about a missing or damaged parcel.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy explains how to cancel, return an item or request a remedy. It forms part of these Terms. That policy does not reduce any mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund right available where you live.

Do not send a return to our business address unless our returns instructions specifically direct you to do so.

8. Promotions, discount codes and BladeClub

A promotion or discount may have additional terms displayed with the offer, including eligibility, dates, exclusions and whether it can be combined with another offer. We may withdraw or correct a promotion before an order is accepted, but we will not retrospectively remove a valid discount from an accepted order.

BladeClub marketing is optional. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting an order or your ability to shop.

9. Acceptable website use and intellectual property

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and product research. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, use it to break the law or another person’s rights, scrape personal data, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, abusive or deceptive material.

The website’s branding, text, graphics, photographs, video and other content are owned by or licensed to VUNRO and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and make reasonable personal use of the store, but may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit its content without permission or another lawful basis.

10. Reviews and public submissions

This section applies only to a review, photo, video or other material that you deliberately submit for public display or promotional use. It does not apply to order information, private customer-support messages, complaints, privacy requests or other confidential communications.

You must own or have permission to submit public content, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive. You retain ownership. You give VUNRO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting VUNRO, in formats and media reasonably connected with those purposes. The licence lasts while the content is used, subject to applicable withdrawal and legal rights. We may moderate or remove public content where reasonably necessary.

11. Third-party services and links

The store uses third-party services such as Shopify and payment, delivery, review and media providers. A link to an independent website does not mean we control or endorse everything on it. Its own terms and privacy notice may apply. We are responsible for our own obligations and do not exclude liability for a provider where applicable law makes us responsible.

12. Privacy and electronic communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Please do not email complete payment-card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may send electronic messages needed to acknowledge, process, deliver, secure or support an order or account. Marketing messages are governed by your choices and applicable law.

13. Website availability and liability

We provide the website and our Services with reasonable care and skill, but do not promise that online access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or change website features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of a mandatory statutory duty, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Subject to those protections, neither party is responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. If you are a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly or mainly for personal use.

14. Responsibility for deliberate or business misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you use the Service for business purposes or deliberately misuse it unlawfully, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims that directly result from your material breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to ordinary lawful consumer use, does not make you responsible for our own breach or negligence, and does not impose liability beyond what applicable law permits.

15. Suspension, termination and severability

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement or serious misuse. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Ending website access does not remove rights or obligations arising from an accepted order.

If a court or competent authority finds part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply, and the affected provision is limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide Services are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory protection provided by the law of the country where you ordinarily live, and you may bring proceedings in any court that applicable consumer law permits.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or service reasons by posting the revised version and changing the date above. A change will not retrospectively alter an order we have already accepted unless the change is required by law or you agree to it. The current version applies to future website use and orders.
